Aadhaar Seva Kendra - Dhaula Kuan

One of the best Goverment documentation offices I've ever visited. Entire process took less than 10 minutes (except for another ~15 minutes of waiting outside for form and 10 minutes inside for verification). I'm sharing the simple Aadhaar update process along with their Working Hours and Holidays list for 2026 in my review as well, so feel free to add a thumbs up. And yes, I believe they work on Sundays too. The office is literally in the Dhaula Kuan metro station, surrounded by some restaurants,if you get hungry. Process: 1) Apply for Appointment Online if possible, there's a dedicated window for online applicants. If not possible, get a form, fill in your name and ONLY what you want updated. 2) Get Token from outer window (you'll need your Aadhaar on hand, either physical or digitcal copy). 3) Head Inside, wait for Verifier to call your token (there are screens to track which token number are called to which counter). 4) Once your details are verified, head over to Cash Counter. They accept Cash, UPI, and Card Payments. 5) Once payment is done, wait in the other line for the Main Course. Once the agent calls you, get to their respective counter to get your work done. - For me, it was Biometrics update (photo, fingerprint and iris scan), entire process took a maximum of 10 minutes, you get an acknowledgement form with a SID number that you can use to track your progress from home. 6) Go back home and wait for it to be updated Optionally: Also print a PVC Aadhar from online UIDAI portal. It's just better for a mere ₹75/- and is valid lifetime.

Had a very good experience there. I visited for my biometrics update, and received my updated aadhar online the very next day, which was impressively fast. Although there was a long queue for token issuance and I had around 30 people ahead of me, the entire process took only about 40–50 minutes (from getting the token outside to updating my biometrics at the counter inside). The staff members were efficient and professional.
